Do you have a minimum order amount ?

-Yes, we do. You have to purchase minimum amount of 2,000 tk in order to place an order. 

Do you provide free home delivery service?
-We provide free home  delivery service for minimum order amount of 10,000 tk. 

What are the delivery charges for order amount less than 10,000 tk ?
-For order amount less than 10,000 tk, Delivery charge tk. 500 is applicable for inside Dhaka city. And for outside dhaka, it is 1,000 tk.

So from where I have to collect my purchased product?
- We deliver our product from our factory in a 5 ton truck. So our vehicle will only go where a 5 ton truck can reach.
